Sheila's Alp is a level located in Sunrise Spring in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. In order to access this world, Moneybags must be paid to release Sheila, the first alternate playable character in the game.
After Sheila's Captivity
When Sheila returns to her home after being locked up, she finds that the Alp has been overrun by Rhynocs. Billy, Bobby and Pete are Mountain Goats that live in the Alp, and have been kicked out of their houses by the Rhynocs.
Scenery Etc.
Sheila's Alp is an extremely mountainous level, with Sheila finding the need to climb every few steps. The grass is a lush green, with flowers scattered around the ground. There are many pine trees in this level, giving an authentic mountain feel. There are small birds in this level, the Fodder, which are smaller than, but not too dissimilar to the Blue Footed Boobies in Harbor Speedway. This level has a sky very similar to the one seen in Sunrise Springs.
Local Rhynocs
The Rhynocs in this level are wearing dark green shorts and hats with a single red feather sticking from them. They are also carrying picks, which they use to attack Sheila.
