Seal
From Spyropedia
The Seals are the native inhabitants of Seashell Shore. They are small and purple, and wear white shirts. More malicious Seals, who are black and non-anthropomorphic, appear as enemies in Bentley's Outpost.

Snappy the Seal
Snappy is the first Seal that Spyro meets in the Forgotten Worlds, appearing in Sunrise Spring where he is trapped outside of the deactivated portal to Seashell Shore. Once Spyro collects 14 Dragon Eggs, the portal will activate and he will return to his home realm.

Here I was, about to go for a nice swim at Shell Beach, and my portal just disappeared right in front of me. If you go find some more of those dragon eggs, I bet this portal would turn on again.
After obtaining 14 eggs

Sebastian the Seal
Sebastian is the first Seal that Spyro meets in Seashell Shores proper.

First meeting
While I was gone, my friends borrowed the rhynocs' submarine... then they took it for a joy ride... and then they smashed it into a big pile of rocks. Oddly enough, the rhynocs failed to see the humor in the story and stuffed my friends in the jail behind you.
Stanley the Seal
Stanley is located near the end of the level, where he is initially trapped in a headlock by an octopus. After he is freed, he will give Spyro Dizzy's egg and swim out to Sunrise Spring to help out with the balloon.

Oh, I forgot to tell you... one of the rhynocs had this egg in his lunch box...
Sandy the Seal
Sandy is located within a Challenge Portal leading to a high-pressure water tunnel filled with Rhynocs and mines.

First meeting
We had a dragon egg for you, but we used it to test our ultra-high-speed-super-fluidity tunnel. The good news is that it made it to the end of the tunnel without a scratch! The bad news is that there's no way to get it back out now. The tunnel is chock full of rhynocs and floating mines. The only way to retrieve that egg is to defeat every single rhynoc in the tunnel.
