Otto is a otter from Spyro a Hero's Tail and overuses the word Dude. He wants his pool to be completely full and someone has drained all the water from his pool and wants it full. When Spyro comes along, Otto wants him to refill the pool so Spyro needs to find two water wheels. The first water wheel is in the area with the pool and is in a cavern and the second is down a hole near Blink's challange is. Ater Spyro has completed his challange, he gets a light gem.

Otto carries his surf board wherever he goes and is a uh, dude.
