Currently Available Music

Unfortunately, Spyro Music has not been released officially. Some music has been released via official means, but much of the music still remains locked away within the composer's vaults. "Rain" from Spyro the Dragon is available on The Stewart Copeland Anthology released in 2007. Fourteen other tracks are currently available in the Stewart Vault on Mr. Copeland's official site.

An official CD with music from Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly was given out promotionally at Wal*Mart in 2002 as a bonus for getting Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly. The CD is incredibly scarce, and contains seven songs:

  • Mid Flute
  • Karma
  • Dobrow
  • Songer
  • Fiddle
  • Songea
  • Andes

Finally, the soundtrack for The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning is available on iTunes. All other Spyro Music can only be obtained through illegal means. They can also be (legally) extracted from the game discs using a special tool, or can also be legally recorded by what's called a "Cable Trick."
