Caveman
From Spyropedia
The Cavemen are the native residents of the Skelos Badlands. They are short, red-skinned cavemen that have bones in their hair and wear pelts. They are the Stone Age counterparts to the Ice Builders of Crystal Glacier.

Ooga
Ooga appears near the end of the Skelos Badlands. He gives Spyro an Orb if he find all of Mr. Bones's bones.
He and Mr. Bones reappear in Enchanted Towers in Year of the Dragon, where they put up Sgt. Byrd to the challenge of retrieving Mr. Bones's body from the Lava Toads.

Those pesky Lava Toads have stolen all my friend's bones.
Mr. Bones
Mr. Bones is Ooga's skeleton friend. He has a tendency to have his bones stolen by Lava Toads. He has no dialogue, but when all of his bones are found, he will begin to perform a medley of dances.
Glug
Glug is found near the Catbat Plateau. He gives Spyro the Ancient Bone once he has made it safely through the level.
