Story

The Ice King guarded Volteer (Dragon Guardian) in Dante's Freezer when Cynder was charging the crystal she needed to open the portal. He seemed to be the leader of the ghouls and undead ghosts. The Ice King and Cynder didn't seem to be allies since they apes and ghost were at war.

Appearance

The Ice King is covered in armour and carries a Ice shield and sword. He seems to be ressurected since he's a skeleton underneath.
