Waterwizard

The Waterwizards are the native residents of Mystic Marsh. They are pale beings with brown strands of hair who wear purple robes and, as their name suggests, can control water. They are very similar to the Wizards of Cloud Temples.

Hydrar is the first Waterwizard that Spyro meets in Mystic Marsh.

Snoozle
Snoozle is the Waterwizard in charge of keeping the fountain running. He is found snoozing at the end of the level, and gives Spyro an Orb upon meeting him.
Because Snoozle is the Waterwizard in charge of the fountain, he is the reason why chaos has happened in Mystic Marsh; because he fell asleep, the fountain switched off, and the animals ran amok around the realm. As a result, Mystic Marsh is the only known realm to have not been presummally harmed by Ripto.
