Gulp is one of Ripto's two lackeys, the other one being Crush. He is usually portrayed as more stronger than Crush but also seems to not be very intelligent.
Looks
Gulp is a four legged green dinosaur like creature with two large horns protruding from his head and two large laser guns attached to his back.
Personality
Gulp is a very dumb brutish creature not showing any signs of intellect at all. He is extremely loyal to Ripto even under constant abuse from him we find out later this is because Ripto saved him from some prehistoric crater. Even though he appears unable of speech in the game Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly he talks.
Appearances
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage: His first appearance, he is also the second boss in this game.
Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly: He appeared in this like in the other game, except he wasn't a boss. He speaks in this game, unlike Ripto's Rage.
Gulp appears as a boss once again in Spyro 2: Season of Flame. He retains his ability to speak, and wears armor that, while impenetrable by any of Spyro's normal attacks, is weak to his own missiles and renders him incapable of movement.
