Gill Grunt is one of the 32 playable Skylanders in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. He resembles a blue, humanoid fish-like creature who carries an oversized harpoon gun. Gill Grunt also appears to be good friends with Spyro and Trigger Happy, as he is seen in mutiple trailers, one of which reveals that he, Spyro and Trigger Happy might be close companions.
Abilities
Wielding a harpoon gun, Gill Grunt can shoot harpoons and can also launch torrents of water at his enemies. He can also use his jet pack to hover in the air.
Biography
For many years, Gill Grunt peacefully lived deep in the oceans until a nasty band of pirates kidnapped his Mermaid girlfriend. He then took to land and sea to search for her, eventually joining the Skylanders to help defend the world from every kind of foe…but especially pirates. Gill Grunt is one fish that never lets evil off the hook.
