George is a Snow Leopard that can be found in Crystal Glacier.
Biography
George the snow leopard was the pet of Shaman Tok, who had a taste for the fish that lived in the nearby ice ponds. Tok lost him during Ripto's invasion, and feared that he had been devoured by Draclets, but Spyro found the snow leopard on the tundras, helped him find some fish, and led him back to a grateful Tok.
