The Breezebuilders are the native inhabitants of Breeze Harbor. They are based on various species of birds. They are constantly waging war against the Land Blubbers of Zephyr and also show up in that level as enemies.

In Breeze Harbor

The only Breezebuilders to be seen in Breeze Harbor are peaceful Pelicans.

Beaky

Beaky

Beaky is the first Breezebuilder that Spyro meets in Breeze Harbor. He explains the situation at the beginning of the level, and requests Spyro's help in rekindling the fires beneath their machinery to make them work again.

Fisher

Fisher

Fisher is the Breezebuilder in charge of the defensive trolley. He gives Spyro an orb after all of the scattered gears were collected.

He has gained some notoriety among fans for his line of "Trouble with the trolley, eh?"

Squawk

Squawk

Squawk is the Breezebuilder in charge of the airship. He gives Spyro the Glass Anchor as thanks for helping prepare the ship for its counterattack on Zephyr.

In Zephyr

Juliet

Juliet

Juliet is the only friendly Breezebuilder in Zephyr. She is in love with Private Romeo, and is initially 'trapped' in a high building away from him. Once Spyro uses seeds from the Professor to reach the top of the tower, Juliet will give him an Orb and then fly down to be with Romeo.

Breeze Chickens

The Breeze Chicken's main attack is to spit a bullet, though they slap if they do not have this bullet.

Hawks

Hawks fly around and attack by firing bullets from their feet.

Big Budgies

Big Budgies attack by throwing and rolling barrels of dynamite.

Trivia

  • Juliet's usage of "Wherefore art thou Romeo?" is incorrect; she assumes it to mean "where is Romeo?" when its actual meaning is "why are you Romeo?".
