Fairy Library is a vast Library maintained by Zoe and her fellow fairies in Spyro: Attack of the Rhynocs. Inhabiting the chilly library are Flutter Bugs that, when warmed up with Spyo's flame breath, will give him lifts to previously inaccessible areas. After a mishap with starting up the pilot light, Spyro is required to put out a bunch of flaming books using his newfound ice breath ability.
The enemies present here are green Rhynocs dressed in band uniforms who march around banging drums as loudly as possible.
Ripto is found in the XYZ section, though he only stays long enough taunt Spyro, conjure up three Rhynocs, and transform them into a three-sectioned Rhynopede. Defeating it earns Spyro the Fairy Spell Book, allowing him to use the Quick Escape ability, which is necessary to proceed further in the game.
Heart
Zoe will give you the heart after recovering the Professor's maintenance machine for her.
