The Electrolls are the native residents of Hurricos. They are small, dark blue mole-like creatures with brown muzzles, black antennae that spark with electricity, and large glasses. They tend to get bullied by the Gear Grinders.

All of the Electrolls are voiced by Tom Kenny in the English version.

Zapp is the first Electroll that Spyro meets in Hurricos. He has poor eyesight, and is initially being chased by a Gear Grinder.
